Nicole Zorn is a Program Officer involved in many areas of the Foundation’s giving, including family and cultural renewal, public policy, and education reform. Before joining the Foundation in January 2024, she served as National Alliance Director at Safe Families for Children and spent nearly a decade as State Director for Safe Families for Children Wisconsin, where she developed expertise in nonprofit leadership and community-based care initiatives.
Nicole's professional background spans both social services and healthcare, including through her work with the Walworth County Educational Consortium and as a registered nurse for Walworth County, Wisconsin. She holds a B. A. in anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B. S. in nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
As an active community member, Nicole has volunteered with a local free clinic, and she and her husband continue to serve as a host family for Safe Families for Children Wisconsin. She brings valuable experience in program development, nonprofit management, and public health to her current philanthropic work.
